There was a big friggin box that showed up today ;)

    First impressions of this pack:

    1) it's sizeable. My BoB was getting close to overflowing, but this will easily hold all my equipment and then some. I suspect it could hold both my kids, but haven't tested.

    2) this is a very high quality pack. It's clearly very well made, infinitely adjustable, and tough.

I'll post some more info after I load it up, but I know the only thing anyone cares about is the porn:

    Lookin' Good! :yesway:

Sizeable? Yes. Main pack holds 4,000 sq inches, each sustainment pouch is 500 sq inches. Pack is rated for 120 lbs contents weight.

Yes, it is small child rated.

Thought I'd throw it out there...

I finished transferring my BoB contents to the new pack and man, was I making a huge mistake before. My previous bag was just barely big enough, didn't have a rigid frame, and was a ***** to lug around. The contents weigh about 46 lbs. I was ok with this before, but hitting the practical limit of what I could run in comfortably. With the way this new pack distributes weight, I was able to augment my load-out with some more creature comforts and baby stuff that would make a rough situation a bit easier on the kiddos. Not to mention, I have room to spare now, should any additions be deemed necessary. Seriously...this pack is badass.

Indyjohn and INGO brought me some unexpected holiday cheer and palpable improvements to the security of my family this year, and I'm really grateful.

    Merry Christmas INGO.

Taking care of family & friends is high priority for me (and OkieGirl) (and the INGO team). This really worked out well for all involved.
