Thanks for the replies! I just spent about an hour downloading several hundred pages of HK manuals.

Did you disassemble it yet? They are no fun to put back together without a chinease blueprint. Even with one it is somewhat painful. One thing that is very helpful is to photo every step so you know what goes where on the reassembly.

Why do you want to disassemble a burst pack?

No, I haven't yet, and won't unless I have to. I had always heard that they were a royal pain to work on and wanted to find a factory manual just in case mine ever breaks. After seeing the pics, I'm pretty sure that HK engineers are sadists.
