Nah, that thing is really about 2 pounds and 16" long, he's just holding it really close to the camera. That's what I do on all the bass I catch.

Man, his fishing trips are a lot more adventure packed than mine. Fishing out of a johnboat in Uganda, on the Nile, all the while dodging crocs!??!

I think I prefer my lazy afternoons of trolling around Turtle Creek Resivoir, flipping some topwater action.
