223/556 prices????

What's a good price for a case of 1000 rounds or 2000 rounds going for these days? Either 55 gr. or 62 gr. brass cased. Or should I say any places that have cases instock?

$400-$500 is the normal range that I have seen on most 1000 round cases. Im sure there are cheaper ones, but this is about the average I have seen.

I paid $380 for 1000 rounds of pmc bronze a few weeks ago. shop around you can find decent deals

Yeah, last time I was at Bradis 2 they had 1k PMC bronze for less than $400.

Went to Crown Point gun show the other week and found $400/1000 rounds to be the going rate there...give or take depending on the manufacturer.

Indiana Gun Club recently had 1k rounds of 5.56 for $325. Not sure if they still have it at that price, but if you shop around you can find deals...

Holy Smokes! Glad I am into reloading them. Maybe I shouldnt have sold my spare brass stash. Made a bunch of money though. Better sit on what I got and panic buy like untill the end of the world comes.

Agreed! My last 1000 .223/5.56 cost $165 to load.

Thus why I am switching over to reload mine. I've got enough brass to keep me busy for quite sometime...

if i recall correctly, in 2009 prices didn't stabilize til late spring/early summer.
