    What effin' court order is he talking about?
    The county court encompassing Gary -- ordered production of all the unredacted 4473's spanning 20 years from every dealer in the county . . . upward of 500,000 of them that existed prior to the lawsuit being brought -- starting with Cabella's and Bass Pro Shop. It's a huge fishing expedition with one of its missions to create a gun registry there. WHO protects that mound of data? Would have a HUGE target on it for compromise. Likewise . . . Glock, et al, have been ordered to produce decades of docs about where all the guns they made went to retailers in the county. Brady is subsidizing it for Gary.

    Who knows.. he strikes me as desperate.
    Sure he's desperate, but he is implying, if not outright stating, that the defendants are not complying with some order. Which one? I sit here as someone who has represented 3 different groups of defendants since 2000 and recently picked it up again and I have no idea what court order he is talking about.
