Dan is coordinator this, Steve Wright will be down on Saturday
I will be in on Sunday, Mike McCauley and Jeff will be on Sunday
Gary Chaney and Adam Bright are coming in on Tuesday

We are going to be building 18 stages, there will be plenty of work and things that need to be done to be ready to go at Noon on Wednesday

I will be there on monday morning

Since Chloe and I have never been at a big match like this I have a question. We are registered (on a squad that shoots at 8am on Friday) but do we need to check in somewhere? If so when and where?

I will be there sometime Sunday afternoon and leave Monday PM as I have to work Tuesday morning. I should be back Tuesday afternoon

Stages are open for viewing during Range Hours. The range will be open from 8:00am to 6:00pm daily, However activating props without the consent of Match Director/Range Master or Stage Range Officer is a Match DQ.

We can not be there until after 6 pm on Thursday (probably going to be closer to 9pm before we can get there). What can we do since we need to shoot at 8am on Friday and registration doesn't start until 9?

Yep 4 done. It was a great day. Cool temps, a nice breeze. Had to put a sweatshirt on.
