Wilson 47D's.
Wilson 47D's.
The magazines in a 1911 drop free when you hit the release,
Seriously did the welds fail?
So, 60, can I shoot your guns?
Is that so? We can only hope.
I've had to rip a few out over the course of my shooting days, especially when the magazine ceases to exist and you just have the shell in the weapon! (Remember, magazines, just like firearms, magically cease to exist).
See that? It can happen to you.
Buy two or three of some of the quality stuff out there: Metalform, Wilson, Les Baer, inter alia. See what works in your gun and then buy an Obama of them once you figure out what your gun likes, then buy multiple copies of the same gun.
I prefer Les Baer and Metalform, both 7 rounders.
It is far better to discover mechanical problems in training/practice then when you really need your equipment to run in a worst case scenario.
Although, my point still stands too. . . a base pad on that magazine wouldn't have helped remove what was left in the gun.
