No. Haven't had the time or funds to play that much. Wife is undergoing cancer treatment currently. Radiation starts tomorrow so it may be a while b4 I do.
Good luck to you all with that.

I've got a few boxes of 20 caliber bullets for if I want to try to size them down to 19 if Calhoon shuts down. The 19's go from 28 to 34 grains if I recall correctly.

Not a huge selection to choose from either. Basically 30-40 grain pills. Their speed and precision can be devastating though. Fun to shoot. Essentially no recoil.
That's one of the reason I fell in love with the 17's that I shoot, fast, flat and hit hard when pushed at 3600 to 4000 fps.
And with nothing as recoil, you can watch the bullets impact.

    Ahhhh.

Full disclosure, I've know Kindler for 25 yrs. Dan Cooper introduced us. I'm more of a 19 caliber guy. We have had some awesome conversations over that time period. I had sadds that he didn't sell his shop to someone else.
I have a Cooper in 19 Calhoon and it's looking like I'm gonna get Calhoon to take one of the 700 actions I have and and screw on a 19 Caliber barrel on it and ream it out to a 19 221 or a 19 223.
This post is giving me some serious David Hasselhoff vibes. @17 squirrel...is that you??!!

Given the choice 17hmr all day. Shoots like a laser beam. I can easily hit golf balls at 150.

Better choice may be the 17 super mag.

I don't know about coyote performance at 100 yards, but my Heckler & Koch 300 (22 mag) is one of my favorite and most accurate semi-auto firearms I own. Scope mount is extremely overpriced but isn't everything HK?

Have killed totes with 17 hmr, 17wsm, 22mag and 204 rug. Best being 204 with 40vmax. Farthest runner was with 22mag with lung shot at 10yds.

Best is 243 not fur friendly. May be my bullet choice .

My best fur friendly, never a runner is the 6x45 shooting the Sierra 70 blitzing.
