Money order cashed March 7th. Four year permit still not received but I have a minor criminal history. They have received it and at least they answer calls and emails now. I applied non-L1 in late February and my money order was cashed March 7th. Still haven't received it and no reply on my emails. I have two non violent convictions from several years ago. I applied for the 4 year. I have been arrested twice many years ago. I did fingerprinting at sheriffs office. Money order for state was cashed on March 7th and now it's May 28th and haven't received anything.- Bl@zed

I figured I would make my first post. I saw the Seymour pd is giving a free saftey class on April 20th and sometime in may. You can contact them for more info. I know there is a background check and you have to bring 200 rounds of ammo (no reloads) and your own gun.- Bl@zed
