      Employer fires workers for supporting BHO

      Its only their right if it is a right to work state. I live in Indiana and am a law student and in Indiana anybody can be fired at anytime for almost any reason that is not a civil rights violations. However, each state differs as to their laws for hiring and firing.

      Cutting the zip tie when leaving

      It sounds like maybe the cop was just having a bad day. I have personally done it and I see other people cut the zip ties off as soon as they go through the inspection to exit.
