      barnes varmint grenade

      I had no problem shooting several good groups with a similar load with a 53gr vmax bt, but I had high hopes for the grenades. These are out of a Howa varmint supreme 1in 12 twist.

      Does anyone have any experience with 22 cal 50gr varmint grenades out of a .223? I went to the range today with some test loads and they shot more of a pattern than a group, loads were with h322 at 24 gr and again at 25 gr with cci primers. Any input would be appreciated.

      Hello from NWI

      Hello new to this board and new to the area also. I moved here about 2 years ago from central Michigan for a new job, just now starting to have time for hobbys again. Looking for new places to shoot and looking forward to meeting new people.
