well hey spending less would be great or buying two nice guns inside the budget even better. Is that a custom 1911? i own a pair of colts i really like. Neither is a 9mm so they get shot less just due to ammo costs.
now im debating go buy the base cz75b at the local shop for 599, see if i like it and have it worked over later, hell could buy another toy then to. or try to find one of the factory tricked CZs. whats a fair price to pay for one of the new Shadows?
well sig sauer is gonna send you all hate mail i was all set to pull the trigger literally on a P229 Legion to go along side my P226 SAO Legion and have decided more than likely anyway not to buy one. I must have OCD i like to have complete sets of everything lol.
im shocked people seem to be pushing me from the sig in my other thread of what to look for. Ive always thought they built an amazing gun. Maybe not the flashiest thing but rock solid and they seem to hold value or even appreciate have i missed something?
there is a local shop with a basic CZ75B for 599 the cheapest used one ive seen is 540 so might as well buy the new one. Ive seen new ones running well into 650 range in indy. Not opposed to the CZ at all. Im assuming if i want to ever do competition the CZ is going to better suit itself to that...
A glock is not something id spend anywhere near this kind of money on no matter how customized. Thats like pimping out a ford escort. A glock works, they are solid guns but they are a tool. Not a piece of art.
My thoughts are to go with something in CZ world, do another SIG, or a Hi Power...
