      Kokomo Gun & Knife Show this weekend

      Has anyone had any past experience with these shows and whether there is a lone wolf designs dealer there? Looking for a lone wolf lower receiver that accepts glock 9mm magazines.

      Rock Island 1911?? yea or nay?

      I have the CS model Rock Island 1911 officer sized. I haven't had any issues with it but then again it also has less the 500 rounds through it with the modifications I've put on it. So far it has been pretty reliable.

      Thanks for the link. Bought some glock 19 mags but I've been searching for M&P mags for a reasonable price as well and this totally blew current prices out of the water. Hopefully they are in stock. Thanks again for the link.

      buying firearms. Someone came to me with this gem knowing I was looking. I've been told it has less than 10 rounds through it and judging by the cleanliness, rifling, and cylinder I believe every bit of that statement on this Smith and Wesson Model 64-2. Now for the porn.

      I haven't gone to that shop in a good while. Ever since ownership and staff change the atmosphere just wasn't the same. Pretty much stopped enjoying cigars around the same time except for the rare celebration cigar.

      Honestly, and this may seem like a bubba'd rig, but with the way I grip my AR with my left hand, I put a 125 lumen LED light in a scope ring. It sits at the right height away from the rail and it's moved far enough forward that I can easily momentary on/off it or press all the way to constant on...

      First choice my s&w mp 40. Second my 1911. I have a few more training hours with my m&p than my 1911 but I'd be comfortable either way. I swap those two in and out of my Edc depending on immediate requirements for the day.

      What really put the icing on the cake was at the end where the individual speaking said "Hope he didn't have a gun". So what if he did have a firearm on him. It's his right and he WAS peaceable assembling so there was absolutely no reason for this show of force.
