Only pink thing I have is speedloader, and that's just so it doesn't grow legs and walk away at the range lol not that I would mind some extra color in my wardrobe, personally.
I picked up a CYA IWB holster. All plastic, but I knew would it fit the optic and I probably won't use it much. I figure if I get super into carrying regularly, I'll step up to something a little sturdier.
I think it depends on who they get. I could see them doing what the Steelers and Trubiski/Pickett did. But if the rookie kills it in camp, then yeah, I think you're right.
I'm pretty new to guns, and I might start carrying occasionally once I think I have enough training. BUT I realized I only have cloth belts, so there's nothing for my holster to hook on to. So just for fun, I went out and got a leather belt blank and a buckle, cut it down to size, punched a...
Thanks! Mostly for the sport, I thought just plinking at the range would be fun, and it definitely was! Personal defense was the second factor. We live in a very safe area, but when we go to buy a house, that may stop being the case. Figure it's better to have one and train now when I don't need...
I love Minshew's swagger, but he played like trash on an offense that was better on every level. IDK if there's a better option for a bridge. At the very least, he's a strong personality, something our locker room desperately needs.
Also, I'm a Parris Campbell truther. Shame to see him go, I...
Bumping this old thread to say the whole front of the store has been stripped down to steel beams, along with much of the interior. It was pretty shocking to drive by lol they completely tore down the Marsh dual-entrance. Looks like quite a ways to go, I wouldn't expect it to be done any time...
Hey, the beef jerky at least sounds fun to try! Thanks for the info. I probably won't carry, but good to know for the future. Might bring some cash for a knife or some mags.
Hey folks, new to this forum and to guns, hoping to just learn as much as possible. I bought my first gun, PSA dagger, about a month ago, followed shortly after by a Winchester Wildcat 22lr (which is boatloads of fun tbh). Thought I would keep a gun for home defense, but like all my gun friends...
I'm very new to shooting, so have little frame of reference. I've been about six times over the last two months, always on weekdays. I've had a good time! The RSOs I've had have been chill, it usually isn't crowded the days I'm there, and the basic membership is fine for me. (basically unlimited...
I've been having a great time with my PSA dagger full size s. basically a glock 45 clone, so the slide of 19 on the frame of a 17. only 200 rds through it so far, so still really now, but it looks and feels good.
I was thinking about going to this, would be my first gun show. I don't really need anything, so I'd be just wandering around looking. What should I expect?
Picked up my first two guns ever, a PSA dagger and Winchester Wildcat. Both pretty cheap, but they've been a ton of fun to shoot. I almost didn't buy the wildcat, but I'm really glad I did, it's a ton of fun at the range. Just wish I had more mags lol
The failure point thing worried me, but I have co-witness sights so I try to train with both. Granted I am pretty new to guns, and still suck with both. I guess I'm essentially getting only half the training with each sight picture than I would with just one, but I'm fine with that.
I just bought a holster to start carrying my dagger. Tried it and realized I hadn't even thought about my belt. I usually wear one of those stretchy belts, so looks like I know what my next gun purchase will be lol
This is what I did for my first (and only) handgun. Full size dagger with a primary arms mini reflex. Ended up being almost exactly $500 and I'm really digging it.
