      I actually agree, I'm just entertaining myself by trolling in this thread. While training to be able to carry absolutely should not be mandatory, I would be all for some sort of government incentive to get training.

      You'd have to ask the politician that wrote the law. As it stands, to get the privileges, you need to do your time in LE. I did mine.
