Yes, but the big stores make you wait for the go ahead from the ATF, where some smaller gun shops will let you pick it up after three business days regardless whether they get the go ahead or not (per ATF rules).
I get delayed every time I purchase a firearm through an FFL. Now I just know I'm going to have to go twice to buy a gun and am pickier about where I buy them. I made the mistake a few years ago of buying at Cabelas, who won't hand over your purchase until they get a go ahead from the ATF...
Hey members, I'm 31. I moved to Indiana last year and just went to purchase a gun from Cabela’s on Monday. Of course, I got a delayed status because of a common last name and being a first time buyer. Six years ago I got an “Unlawful Use Of A Weapon” charge for being pulled over and having an...
I have a love/hate relationship with Blue Force Gear Ten Speed pouches, but I can't quit them... I've had one of these for years and it's a great low profile way to carry mags and gear. You could carry six AR mags, or four AR mags and four pistol mags, or two pistol mags and some medical. It's a...
I wanted the parallax to my 1.5 - 5 adjusted and a reticle change in a different optic, but they emailed me back stating that was a custom shop job and they didn't do things like that anymore. This was about three years ago. I saw somewhere on their website recently that they still don't offer...
Wait, what? I was there also.
Now that I read your report, we talked quite a bit. I would not have thought you were on INGO as we were in Michigan.
I thought it was a really good class. Just like the rifle class, you can make it as hard as you want on yourself with the qualification...
It's a 22LR that looks like an AR-15. It isn't an AR-15 with a conversion kit. It's fine with the proprietary parts as long as they don't go out of business... but that would be the same for any company.
I don't know about that. Most of our worst shots are ex military. I used to think being in the military meant that one would be proficient with firearms, but I've long abandoned that falsehood.
I like the ACRO a lot. I also have a Steiner MPS, but it's on a gun I don't really shoot much anymore. It's a good RDS. If I were to get another dot, it would be the RCR . Maybe it's just because I don't have one yet, but what I've read is good and it seems to be pretty robust.
