      I have used their brisket rub before and it was great. I think I got it as a gift at some point. I will definitely try their rib rub. I quit trying to make my own rub long ago because nothing I ever made was appreciably better than store bought, which is soooooo much easier.

      Don’t give up on the brisket! I am still perfecting mine and it’s been a really fun journey. I had the same failure you did the first time I smoked one, but I kept on trying. I still have a lot of room for improvement but it gets better every time.

      .....and literally as I was typing this thread, a little 17 year old **** head was outside the resource center where we parked our cars throwing chunks of concrete at them, damaging several police cars, including a brand new one. :xmad:

      It's not the content, it's the delivery. You come across as a condescending ass hole and nobody here appreciates that at all. It's one thing to have the desire to start conversations, but for goodness sake, be a bit more diplomatic with the delivery.
