      Brisket today was amazing. Well worth the time. Burnt ends came out top notch. Could have sat in the heat to caramelized a bit more but they were all gone so must not have been an issue. ​ ​ ​ ​

      I did 20 brats, 20 burgers, a couple bacon wrapped sausages basted in bbq sauce and a 8lb pork shoulder. Did it on my pellet grill and it was absolutely delicious

      I go there often. It's just like Indy. Some very rough areas and others are fine. Newport is awesome and so is the zoo. Just pay attention to your surroundings.

      I agree with the Blackhawk inner belt. It allows you to cinch down. I got so tired of not being able to get the inner belt not being tight enough to hold my duty belt up.
