      Since the transaction occurs in mi, at the very least, you would need to abide by mi laws concerning the purchasing of firearms. That's just my uneducated opinion.

      Yeah, that makes sense and seems like the way to go. I heard from my sisters husband's brothers girlfriends cousin that it was difficult to obtain an ffl for non- retail businesses these days. But that could be a myth, I haven't done any research on that.

      If you buy a new item that is not out of stock everywhere, the prices are pretty good. As far as the new 1099 $600 limit, I do not believe that applies to payments received via checks or money orders. I believe the 1099 are issued by the third party intermediary (gb pay, cc, paypal, venmo)...

      I believe 2 or more handguns over a few days and the dealer needs to do the additional paper work. If I were a dealer I would charge for each item. I talked to a ffl who says if he just charges one fee, customers don't pick up there guns quickly and just leave them while ordering more stuff...

      I got down to 3 total earlier this year. I'm back up to 7. I'll probably get rid of a few I impulse bought and don't use much. In the past I had many many more. I feal much better with less. Having more didnt make my life any better and actually a little more stressful worrying about them.

      Let your house cat or dog put its paw in one and let it sit for 12 hours and see it is unharmed. Unless it's a softcatch or has offset jaws, I'd bet it has broken toes. And if a cat has injured front paws, it will not be able to catch anything to eat and starve.
