I've got a Walther PPS in .40 S&W and I love it. The recoil actually feels less than my full size M&P .40. The main complaint that I have heard from the PPS is the rather unorthodox placement of the mag release. My answer to this is practice, practice, practice.
My preference is a Mossberg 500 with a 20" barrel, pistol grip and adjustable butt stock. The reason I would go with the 20" over the 18.5" is that I would rather have 3 more rounds than an 1.5" shorter.
A friend recently informed me that you can write off a portion of the amount you paid for guns on your taxes as a 401k investment. Has anyone else heard this, and any more info that you can provide? Maybe there's already an older post that I can reference? Always trying to screw the government...
Been poking around on here for a while, just thought I would forumally (see what I did there) introduce myself. Really love all of the info available, and the occasional banter.
