      I was at the Richmond show the same weekend and noticed the same thing. Even over heard the guys a one of the booths complaining why he can't sell anything. Guess that is why they call em "shows" !!

      1873 US Springfield Trapdoor collectors!

      I just acquired a model 1873 U.S. Springfield .45-70, its all original with 273xxx serial no's. It's in really good shape and still fires perfect! I will post pics later. I have a box of 20 rounds with it. Does anyone know what its worth and if it is a rare piece?
