      taurus 709 slim

      Picked up my wifes 709 last Friday. I ran 300+ rounds through it. Lead, ball, JHP (90 grain, 115 and 124) without a problem. The wife shot about 75 rounds through it and loves it. Only problem now is I want one for a BUG! Can not find extra mags anywhere though. Anyone finding any?

      5.56 vs .223 Question

      My Oly Arms Plinker Plus is marked 556 on the barrel. Shot military 556 and comercial 223 in it and have had no problems. Now I reload everything I feed it though.

      First handgun was a 1851 repro .44 revolver I got for christmas at 15. First hangun I bought was a Ruger P-89 a month after turning 21 and getting out of the army in 1993. Still have it today.
