The Shield and the LC9 (now the LC9s) get a lot of love in the range rentals as well as purchases in the gun shop I work at part time. The Shield trigger leaves a lot to be desired for many but it easily beats the LC9.....however now that Ruger released the LC9s....the trigger on the Ruger wins...
I do not assume all the revenue needs replaced, and am not personally against the idea of losing property taxes...however one does have to the issue of replacing a large chunk of that. Property taxes have been leaned on heavily in this state for funding, and contrary to what some people believe...
Nope never worked with the office you mention. Lack of correct data is by far the greatest issue in properly trying to assess properties for assessing officials.
I owned a Rossi and loved it just never used it and a friend needed it. If ranking my order of what I'd get for lever is Henry, Marlin, Mossberg/Rossi....Henry to me are the cream of this crop.
I will state just observations of these that have come through shop/range. The CPX-1 and early runs seem TERRIBLE. The later runs seem to function equal to a KelTec at worst, and I own a KelTec so that isn't a nock. Affordable gun for those strapped for money or just can't justify spending more.

It's true, and I've sat in with some reps in discussions of it as well. Let me guess you guys also hate DNR officers too...as they can come and go as they wish as well?
