I have two full-size 9mm's: a Beretta 92FS (of 1998 vintage) and a Gen3 Glock 34. It's a toss-up as to which one I prefer on any given day, although I like the option of shooting single action with the Beretta.

Kahr PM9. Jam-o-matic unless you held it with a death grip. But then, I'm just used to full-size pistols. Oh, and it had a tendency to eject the magazine after the first shot.
The difference in felt recoil really depends on the size of the pistol, though. I have two full-size, longslide Glocks--a G24 (.40 S&W) and a G34 (9mm) and at this size, the difference in felt recoil is negligible.
I've been doing a good bit of "opportunity buying" of gun stocks--Smith & Wesson and Ruger in particular--but no new firearms, parts, or ammunition recently.
You don't know what you're talking about. The trustee can't "rule" in anyone's favor, and certainly can't order the debtor to pay the OP anything. All the trustee can do is determine whether the case is an asset case or not, and then pay allowed claims if there are any estate funds to do so...
