Hello all. I was 18 when I first got my LTCH (mind you this was 14 years ago). I got a small Lorcin .380 given to me from my Grandpa and wanted to be able to carry it. I didn't have any problems with LEOs until I was coming to a buddies house one afternoon and they were standing outside talking...
Tough call, but not as tough as living with yourself if the guy does get to you and kills you or your wife...Justifiable? Don't know about that, but I could live with myself if the situation happened to me....Just one guy's opinion
It is, to me, an obvious thing.....NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE POINT YOUR WEAPON AT SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO SHOOT AT!!! (Man, did the voice of my dad come into your head and pound that in to all of you also? No? Ok, just checking.)

I agree with everybody else. The cop could have given you a lot more than just a speeding ticket. You could have gotten a reckless driving or reckless endangerment citation also. I would consider myself lucky that the cop only gave you a little attitude and not a couple more tickets
Hey anybody reading this. I am new to this site and am trying to see what it is all about. I am in the Muncie area (hence the name, guess you figured out I am a big guy also. :))
