      OK. Finally got a straight answer about my app by visiting my local PD, and this info should help anyone else that is waiting. I applied 1-7-13, paid online. I L1'd 1-8-13 and paid local PD in cash same day. SO, one would think that I did EVERYTHING I could to expedite my app process...

      You and me both. L1 112 days ago (Jan 8) - and paid cash, no money mrder to wait for or track. I was able to actually talk to someone at ISP 2 weeks ago and they stated that they didnt receive my app until Jan 24 (THANKS LOCAL PD!!!). But even still, that was 96 days ago (over 13 weeks)...
