I agree with the m1 carbine and they could be found at a decent price before the craziness and can take 15, 20, & 30 round mags. I've got a winchester dated 1943 all original and it is a blast to shoot.
I have talked to coworkers that have both and enjoy both. The only complaint I've heard about the keltec is the front site and about the hi point is the mags, but both are good shooting guns worth the money spent. Don't know about todays prices though.
So if I understand they're logic, on a bigger scale let say for the sake of this story that a nation wide gun ban did go into effect. When the failed results occur, is the government going to blame it on Canada because we all know how dangerous those crazy Canucks are.
The second story doesn't surprise me, the media will put any kind of bad spin possible on something whenever it sees fit. Nothing was mentioned about the old guy being a reserve officer and not just a crazy old man.
