Will Trade for a P30s + cash. I can buy new for $719 keep that in mind.
I have a very nice HK here. Location is Muncie, willing to travel to Ft. Wayne or N. Indy. It was purchased roughly around (December 2014) and I am the second owner. I have approx 400-500 rounds through it and nothing is...
Does anyone know of a place/company/friend of a friend whose uncle's, cousin's mother's late husband knows....that does bead blasting? Got a glock barrel I'd like done. Nothing fancy, just a nice satin bead blast. Thanks!

Thanks for the replies guys! Things to consider! This is gun in all reality would just be a fun gun. Might carry it (though with all the do-dads swapped out not sure how smart that is) but I just wanted to make a cool glock. I know a glock is a glock is a glock, but I just wanted to kinda of...
I carried one for awhile...nice gun, but as others have said it's pretty chunky. Some report pinky pinch as well which I noticed but it wasn't enough to get upset about.
So help me out because im not really Glock Savvy. Say I wanted to make a glock....not a glock. As in, I dont want spend the $$ on a Tier one Salient Arms, but I'd like to make it close. I'd like to start with a Glock 19c. I can do that stipple work myself but who makes top of the line...
This. I prefer DA/SA guns, but have always had a soft spot for Walther when it comes to striker fired pistols. The P99 series has often been referred to as "the closest thing to a polymer P7" ...and those are big shoes to fill.
Ha true true! I am just grateful to have one back :) I'll post some more pictures tomorrow. I really do strongly believe this is one of if not (dare I say) the best 9mm made. IMO...this is coming from a dedicated HK guy...
So awhile ago I had a W. German P228. Took me awhile to find it and I paid a decent price for it. I decided to sell it for a different investment and ever since regretted it. Well, I convinced myself it was time to find one again...
I was looking at one on GB and the going price was...
That's understandable. I spoke with both of them and they seemed very nice. I wondered if it was more a private entity type deal. I appreciate you trying though!
I happened to run into a vendor that had a very rare P7M13 stainless/satin/bead blasted?? Long slide from Bruce Gray. I saw him yesterday in the auxiliary building where the german roasted almonds/bump key guy/ and giant mag vendor is....I should have gotten some pictures/contact info from...
So this coming July myself, fiance and other couple are planning a trip to dc for some "touristy" stuff. The couple we will be with care nothing about self defense/firearms and I am the primary gun guy of the group, fiance doesnt mind them but she's not particularly into them (another topic)...
^^^^ok that is what I was getting at. I was trying to figure out how you see people do a "build" of an SBR without being able to possess it. Man, this just got a whole lot more complicated than I thought! Thanks for the info though everyone!
Right for the SBR....but you can own the AR pistol, and stock (not attached) separately. But is that the same for the pistol....as in if I have intentions of turning it into an SBR I cant buy the pistol until I get the stamp?
Ok I think I know the answer to this but I'm not quite sure...I have been considering an AR pistol for while. That's the easy part, cash+nics+receipt OTD no problem. If I wanted to convert to an SBR, I would need to pay $200 tax stamp, and fill out an SBR form??
I guess my confusion lies in...
