      9yfire congrats, I've been a big Dave Ramsey fan for a long time. He has inspired us to be debt free except for the house for 10 years now, it's really gives us peace of mind. Keep pushing to get the rest of it paid off and then you can start building wealth for retirement. Good luck. Pat
