Its called a Woodsmans pal. They have them on ebay too. THey are said to be the best but overpriced, they are made in America. Originally issued in WW2.Supposed to be the best for brush and 2-3inch saplings etc...and for packs, small jobs. If your doing a ditch get the longer handled Ames-- Bank/ditch tool.

Not a problem! I look at it as I didn't pay for them, everyone else's tax dollars did so why charge and arm and a leg for them? Whether it's $5 or $50 it's still a profit. I was told I was stupid for selling them so cheap but I'm just glad someone else is getting some use out of them. I have a few pair at home that I kept for personal use but needed to clear some closet space!

Usually the Willow Slough (sometimes Jasper/Pulaski County) DNR range. I try to make it to Knob Creek or one of the Texas machine-gun shoots once a year, but the price of ammo has killed the last two shoots two for me.

Over the summer I was going to Buffalo in Illinois (http://www.buffalorangeshootingpark.com) because I've been working nearby,.. but they've been having problems with the local (Chicago) "news" media giving the range a very difficult time. Seems like Chicago is still in the habit of attacking anything good left in Illinois. :rolleyes:
