Wow! Thats great news, just hope that the Kroger employee doesnt get reprimanded for his actions. I would think that would be a pretty clear message to would be robbers that have cased that store.

This just might be

the beginning of another example added to our "Do Not Buy Here" list, if said employee is dismissed for using his/her head. We'll see. At any rate, "better to be judged by 12 (or in this case, just ONE), than to be carried out by 6 "); better fired than buried.

Kroger is very anti-gun. the employee will be canned.

otoh, Kroger is union. I have seen cashiers get caught stealing red-handed from the register and be back on the job the next week.
