Each year I celebrate the landings and battle of Normandy, or D-Day (June the 6th 1944) by visiting one of the many Allied War Cemeteries in the region and by going to the beach as a way to pay my respects to our fallen heroes.
Last year I also threw a message into the Ocean along with some flowers.
I know that some INGO members have some family members who are (or were) WW2 veterans.Some of them actually died on those beaches.
I thought it could be neat to include a few lines from you into that message this year.
If you are interested you can PM me, or leave your messages in this thread (if that's not too private), and I will print them all to throw them into the ocean on June 6th next month.
Of course you dont need to have any parent or family member in mind if you just want to add a generic message.
Let me know if you are interested or if you have other ideas.
