I know of a guy from Indy who was sentenced for similar charges and was placed in Texas, I believe.
Unlikely.

Factually, heck no.
Usually within 500 miles of home, probably a "camp" (minimum security), but that is partially a matter of how long his sentence is.

Well, there is the mayor of Portage, and something brewing with the several subpoenas served on Porter County gvt- may they shift east for a few months, then back to Lake.
