I’m the cookie maker at our house, and my wife brought home some recipe that was titled “Crumbl chocolate chip cookie copycat”.
I didn’t know what Crumbl was but now I don’t need to. I’ve made a lot of cookies and these are pretty good.

Maybe I’ll make some, oh say maybe Tuesday evening?

    Sad sad day....

Went to LGS to make a pick up but the ATF computers were down.

We are working with only one car (quiet, t-dogg - I know there is a car on the lift) for a couple days (Jeep in for tires, brakes, misc service) so the pickup will have to wait a day or two. So sad.

But a picture for TJ of a box...you know...just to substantiate the basis of the story.

I wasn't pleased with my initial photos of Botryoidal Hematite.
    My re-do is below.
What fascinates me is the edge of the substrate. It's like shards of metallic-glass.
This would make good edging for The Gardener's flower beds ! @Leadeye

Those look great! The gardener sprinkles geodes in her landscaping, but nothing like those. There's a rock show coming to Bedford in the near future, we'll look for those.

Picked up a deal on a repro Winchester 1876 carbine in 50-95. These things are going for a lot less than those chambered for calibers like 45-60 because of ammo scarcity. 40 rounds of modern ammo sold for $370 last week on GB. I've got plenty of brass so this was less of an issue for me.

Nice looking gun, wood and metal both. The carbine version is harder to find than the rifle which I've had for some time.
