WTT: Used Ruger 10/22 scoped for a used Walther P-22

I have a gently used Ruger 10/22 that I am looking to trade for a used Walther P-22. The Ruger comes with two (see through) rings and Bushnell scope (4X32 power), one 30 round banana clip, and one 10 round rotary clip from factory. Round count - I couldn't tell you. Mechanically everything looks and operates great, not much wear on the internals. Comes with the wood stock which does have a few very minor scratches on it, and one dent in the wood that is about 1/16" inch wide and .25" long. I have two .22 rifles but no .22 handgun. I have always admired the design of the P-22, and would like some experience w/ one, but I am open to other offers if a Walther doesn't come by my way. Thanks
