Would you be interested in a tricked out, 7+1 capacity Mossberg 500 12 gauge? It has a heat shield, bead sight, barrel and mag of equal length, folding wire stock with pistol grip, synthetic forearm, etc.

I'd want you to shoot it first if you're interested - if you're close to Wabash you can come down to my place, or to the local range. I'll supply a few rounds of ammo. I'd like to shoot the pistol as well, but understand that it's NIB and so I wouldn't push for it like I would if it were used.

Let me know - I can take it or leave it. The shotgun just never gets used.

Well, I don't believe in Glocks. Believe me, if I had one, I'd be tradin' it to you real quick!

Seriously, that's a new gun, and new guns are unknown quantities. I have a pre-decock Taurus PT92 that I've tricked out internally, will shoot under an inch at 25yds, three shots, but I can't bring myself to part with it. It saved my life a few years back.

Just chalk it up to the unknown quantity of it being a new pistol.
