For Sale: 10' Jon Boat and Accessories. $600
- 10' multi colored/camo, pretty old, medium weight jon boat.
- 44# thrust Minkota Endura trolling motor
- Interstate Deep cell (see pic for age and CCA)
- Seats/mounts/rear pedestal
- 12# Crab Claw anchor with rope
- Bow and stern locking anchor mounts
- 3 Roberts rod holders with 4 mounts
- Caviness T handle floating paddle
- Sterns life vest
Right off the bat, the "negatives" to some:
-NO TRAILER, this is a truck bed boat that fits perfectly in a Ranger bed.
-This boat WILL leak. It is old, riveted and patched a lot by me and the prior owner. The leaking is never terrible, but worth a seasonal check.
-Some might think the boat needs painted. Leaving that to the next owner.
-The seats each have cosmetic flaws (pictured.) They do not "hold water."
~~These are all commonly understood seasonal inspection/maintenance things to riveted aluminum boat owners. The pricing reflects accordingly.~~
I built this boat up to my own liking as a predominately meat fisherman to fish electric motor only waters. It has harvested many hundred pounds of fish over the nearly twenty years I've owned it. It has the remnants of being wired for electronics. It is one man moveable (boat separately from motor, battery, gear,) but but will not tolerate being drug across anything other than grass or dirt well.
I'm NE of Bloomington and you will have to bring your truck or trailer and a means to secure your new boat along with the cash to pay for it.
I'll let the pics do the rest of the talking. Thanks for looking. :
