Thanks for the offer. That's a nice Ruger. I will keep that in mind, but I really wanted a cowboy gun, with B/CCH and all. Don't really have anything to trade at this time.

That is tempting and very nice gun. I use to have one just like that,...it was a great piece!
I still have my heart set on a B/CCH finish. I know,.. I am too damn picky, beggers can't be choosey. I will wait and see what the tide brings in the days to come.

It is a BLUED barrel, cylinder, with a CCH = COLOR CASE HARDENED frame.

Ruger's frames are not CCH but it is a chemical process they use to get the same visual effect but does not actually temper the surface of the metal as true bone/charcoal color case process does. But we like the contrasting looks of the guns and Rugers CCH look nice, (until it starts to wear off).

Some kind of CCH Vaquero conspiracy going on!

I really think that people love their Vaqueros as they are great shooters and are strong guns.
They just do not tire of the CCH models maybe.
Not a lot of good older Hi-Powers around either.
Well down the road I may have to hit the dealers.
Just wanted to try this first.
