WTB: 10/22 barrell

I asked, and was graciously put in charge of cleaning up and restoring an old man's long guns

My wife's grandpa has a badly neglected Ruger 10/22 carbine. And while the interior of the bbl might be OK with some elbow grease, the exterior of it is horrendous. Quite sad, really. It was his "shooting pigeons and rodents" barn gun.

So, have any of you upgraded your 10/22 and have the extra barrel laying around?

I have an extra barrel from a carbine, the under side between the barrel and the stock has a bit of rust that cant been seeen when it is in a stock and the bore looks super clean id=f you are interested shoot me a pm
