Winchester 1300

I have a 1300 from the 70's the one with the nice furniture. Can I use it for a slug gun? It has the win chokes

You can. You could shoot it smooth bore with the improved in it if you are short on money and don't plan on shooting any farther than 50-60 yards. I'm sure you can find a rifled barrel for it as well though.
