SEVERAL states allow it, and half a dozen or so (Indiana included) allow it under certain circumstances.

Let me google that for you

Your mom and your cousin's mom are sisters. Your father and your cousin's father are brothers. Doubling the genes you have in common...
or
your mom and your cousin's dad are brother and sister... and your dad and your cousin's mom are brother and sister...

A simple scenario to demonstrate:
A guy and a girl get married. Also, one of the groom's sibling marries one of the bride's siblings. One child of the first couple marrying a child of the second couple would be a double-cousin marriage. The children are first cousins on both their mother's and father's side of the family.

ETA, their genes are even more in-common than just cousins getting married. That would likely result in some really messed up gene profiles...
