I planted some Golden Bantam Corn in late May, so it's been in the ground just over 80 days.

Anyone have a recommendation as to when I can pick the ears that are on it?

I pulled a couple this morning, but the kernels are still not "milky" and many are still greenish/white. Experienced corn growers' input is welcome!

Look at it and when the silks(hairs) are off the kernels then you have a few more days. YOu want the kernels to kind of grow tighter together. Best bet if you can take your finger and pop the kernel and get squirted, then you should be good to go. Let it get some good color to it also.
