I think it's absurd legislation of behavior, and, as the lady mentioned towards the end of the article, there are already harassment policies companies have in place to take care of those issues should they become an issue for the employer.

Holy **** people, what's next? Hall monitors guarding the water cooler? How about a new law that says "you've just turned 18. Grow a pair."

That would alienate a good deal of the welfare recipients who haven't worked a day in their lives like a responsible 16 year old, much less an adult.

wouldn't want to annoy them or anything.

:crying::tantrum: What a bunch of pusilanimous (thanks Jbombelli) diaper wearing namby pamby jackwagons!

Strike the work place carry exemption allowing employers to restrict firearms and we'll not need a new playground rule.

Isn't Indiana a "work at will" state? If an employee is harassing someone, can them. If your boss is harassing you, quit.

    Problem solved.

your close the law is "at will employment" so unless your union if the boss decided you shouldn't work then anymore he can fire you for no reason. But You are close enough for government work:):.

People need to realize that they can leave their job at any time so if it is that bad quit. or pick back. and if the boss sees it he should can them. Of course if it is a union business all that goes out the window.

sheeple just need a thicker skin.
