To get something like this to happen here in indy?

I know how a lot of people feel about the Ten point coalition here in INDY, but if something WERE to happen, they would definitely be involved in the de-escalation from a Ferguson type event. I am sure there are a couple of other "big names" here in INDY that could benefit from something like this that might just put our city ahead of the "bias curve" should something happen. It might put gun owners and INGO in good light as well.
What would it take for something like this to be hosted? I know the one in the video was put on by a PD, which IMPD might even want to partake in this, but as far as I know, you guys are probably the most equipped to handle it.
