Contemplating a new grip (not forward) for my AR wondering what others are running. Im leaning toward a SAW type grip but Im not too sure. I know I want a quality piece and something made for bigger hands cause the factory grip on my rifle is killing me. I would like to replace the one on my AK as well cause that skinny little piece of plastic isnt enough for me to grip.

the one that came with it. standard stock ak47. like the glock the only expense beyond buying one is for ammo. ar's are different and more of hobby guns but an ak is nothing more than a functional tool. a fun one!

I run a MOE+ (rubber overmolded MOE) on my SBR.

If you are inclined to have your AK and AR grip be the same, TangoDown makes their BattleGrip for the AR and is branded under US Palm for the AK.

I'm running a ERGO "right hand" model. I've got pretty big hands and its comfortable for me. Been thinking of switching up to a MOE+ though!

I was a long-time fan of the ambidextrous Ergo SureGrip. The finger grooves were more low-profile than Hogues, it had the rubber overmolding and beavertail, and it was inexpensive at $20.

But I liked the overall shape and flat front of the Mapgul MOE grip.

Once the MOE+ came out I was hooked.

Get the Stark. It's more vertical...I love it. The traditional angle just didn't feel right to me. I got the SE-1 because I didn't need the sling swivel.

I changed my 1st one to a Magpul MOE, but I just got the MOE + and it is a lot more comfortable for my hands. I will be changing my original one to the plus very soon.
