We certainly have been seeing that with the Arab Spring, peoples not in the mainstream are in danger. Everywhere that a government has been overturned, we see the slaughter and/or subjugation of minorities. We have also seen that the world is happy to turn a blind eye to curry favor with the new oil owners.
