The Sparc is NV capable, the Sparc 2 is not
The Sparc came with a 2x magnifier, the Sparc 2 does not
The Power button has moved to the up button on the Sparc 2 vs having it on the side
The Sparc 2 has flip cap's, the Sparc had bikini caps.
Better battery life on the Sparc 2

No they are still 2 seperate dots. The dot in the pic is a Sparc, I probably should have taken a side pic because from the side is where they look completely different.

OH! Now that you mention it, it does look like a sparc with the flip caps. Didn't notice the "cover" on the side containing the buttons went into the housing like the sparc 1.
