I wouldn't buy either personally, but if you must I'd opt for the Anderson solely because the Bushmaster has no provision for a front sight.Which one is the better deal? Anderson or Bushmaster?

Now, about the lock. I was under the impression that federal law mandated that a gun-lock MUST be supplied with ALL new firearms purchases.
