TV/Internet providers that serve the Westfield area.

Well I just got a letter from Comcast informing me that my "grandfathered" monthly rate from when they bought out Insight will end 11/01. This is the umpteenth increase since Comcast came on the scene and I'm fed up.

What options do I have to switch providers? There aren't any unsecured wireless signals in my hood so I need to have my own, and I'm kind of hooked on some non-notwork shows so I don't want to drop cable/sat. completely.

ATT Uverse comes within 2 miles of me and then stops so I can't do that.

yeah, I got tired of Comcast last year...service related issues though. Happy as can be with DirecTV

I have Direct TV, Verizon home phone and Verizon DSL as a package deal. I can' stand Comcast.

does anybody have internet through their satellite? I don't have a home phone and don't want to spend the money to get a home line if I don't need to.

Not trying to sound cheap but I'm definately trying to tighten the budget around here.
