SIG pistols... slip a business card or cleaning patch under the lever before you swipe it down, and you'll save the frame from the swirl mark. I even do it on the newer raised levers.
The factory Glock brush and rod works great for cleaning out the chamber of an AR rifle. It also works great for cleaning out the bolt carrier.
